A cloud-based computing software firm has an open position for a R&D Services Engagement Manager (SMB).

- Setting client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
- Providing awareness and alignment with the partner ecosystem
- Providing implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel estimate: Less than 25%
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience delivering consulting services, including involvement in selling services
- Direct Life Sciences experience within the quality management space
- Ability to engage audiences of varying perception levels
- Quality and/or content management experience
