Job Summary
A business strategy and consulting services firm is in need of a Remote Radiation Oncology Pro Fee Coder.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing quality coding on ancillary charts, clinic charts, and emergency room records
- Maintaining a working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding principles, governmental regulations, official coding guidelines
- Assuring that all services documented in the patient’s chart are coded with appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes
Qualifications Include:
- 3-5+ years facility/professional Radiation Oncology coding experience
- EPIC & Cerner experience
- Must maintain credential throughout employment
- Ability to work independently, multi-task well and interface with all levels of personnel as well as clients
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
