Job Summary
An engineering solutions company is in need of a Remote Radio Frequency and Analog and Mixed Signal Integrated Circuit Layout Designer in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with the IC Design team
- Delivering high-quality sub-circuit, circuit, and subsystem blocks layouts
- Designing layouts in a novel 45nm BiCMOS process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Analog, RF and Mixed-Signal Layout experience
- Ability to work with bandgaps, regulators, pad drivers, ECL clock drivers, and VCOs
- Ability to work with mixers, frequency dividers, sample & hold, etc
