Job Summary
A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Radiology Client Services Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing existing client accounts to ensure proper service quality delivery
- Performing the required tasks to address questions and concerns regarding turn-around times
- Coordinating quarterly check-ins with each client and obtain quarterly surveys
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma (required) and a background in radiology (highly preferred)
- 2+ years teleradiology/radiology support experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to work with internal departments to assist in resolving any client-related issues
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment
- Able to work with Billing, Sales and Quality Assurance departments
