Remote RCM Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RCM Billing Analyst will manage end-to-end patient statement workflows, track billing activity, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end patient statement workflows, including review, distribution, and resolution of billing inquiries across 260+ practices
• Track patient statement activity and outstanding balances, ensuring accurate reporting to leadership
• Coordinate with practices and internal RCM teams to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and manage RCM tickets effectively

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of healthcare RCM or administration experience
• Experience with patient statements and billing support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and EMR software functionality
• Graduate of a four-year high school or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to troubleshoot data files including csv, xls, pdfs, and txt formats
