Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Business Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts analytical studies to identify deficiencies and improve revenue cycle management processes
• Collaborates with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and automation
• Monitors and analyzes financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management may be substituted
• Business analysis experience preferred
• Knowledge of anesthesia billing and reimbursement guidelines
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with a high level of accuracy
