Remote RCM Director

Job Summary

Remote RCM Director is a full-time position responsible for overseeing Credentialing, Access, and Billing functions to enhance patient access and drive revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead an integrated operating model across Credentialing, Access, and Billing
• Drive high-quality verification of benefits and prior authorization performance
• Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle, focusing on cash collections and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in credentialing, access, or revenue cycle management
• Deep understanding of multi-state payor environments, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Proven experience in payor contracting and rate negotiation
• Experience with EMR and RCM platforms, preferably Athena
