Remote RCM Float Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced RCM Float Specialist, the full-time remote position will provide support across various areas of the healthcare revenue cycle, including authorizations, verification of benefits, credentialing, claims posting, and accounts receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Support all areas of the revenue cycle management team based on operational needs
• Manage authorizations, verification of benefits, claims posting, and accounts receivable functions
• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide coverage across multiple RCM functions as required

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Strong preference for candidates with ABA experience
• Proficiency in authorizations, verification of benefits, claims posting, and credentialing
• Experience with both Commercial and Medicaid insurance plans
• Knowledge of multi-state payer requirements and regulatory changes in reimbursement
