Remote RCM Quality Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Quality Team Lead to provide operational and quality support within the Revenue Cycle Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with team members and OPEM stakeholders
• Monitor team performance and conduct audits to ensure compliance with OPEM quality standards
• Facilitate calibration sessions and provide guidance on OPEM processes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with three or more years of healthcare billing experience
• Two or more years of experience with OPEM functions or initiatives
• Two or more years of RCM Quality assurance or auditing experience
• Two or more years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, or mPower)
• Strong understanding of OPEM processes and quality expectations
