Remote RCM Senior Manager

Job Summary

Proactively managing client communications and service interactions, the full-time Remote RCM Senior Manager will oversee multiple clients, including strategic accounts, ensuring resolution of escalations and fostering positive relationships with client executives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct client communications and manage service interactions to resolve escalations effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and meet client requirements
• Provide analysis and oversight on billing and collection statistics, benchmarking against industry standards

Required qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD coding and medical terminology
• Experience with various billing systems, including Next Gen, Pro, Allscripts, and Epic
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights on billing and collection metrics
• Previous experience in managing client relationships and expectations based on Service Level Agreements
