Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Team Lead with Medical Billing Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment
• Address client issues and ensure effective communication while maintaining healthy client relationships
• Understand and manage performance indicators and execute KPI improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service work experience
• At least 2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• In-depth knowledge of the behavioral or post-acute healthcare industry and medical billing compliance regulations
