Job Summary

A company that develops and sells health information technology is seeking a Remote RCM Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing, coaching, training, recognizing and evaluating associates to foster a productive team environment
• Building strong working relationships that balance needs
• Addressing and effectively communicating client issues

Position Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service work experience
• At least 2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Working knowledge of the behavioral and/or post-acute healthcare industry
