Job Summary
A company providing integrated information technology solutions is in need of a Remote RCM Team Lead in Irvine.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Knowing and facilitating specific accounts and their unique attributes in order to successfully provide customized RCM for each account
- Ensuring workflow, including collecting payments stays current and on track with regards to insurance carriers, patients, clients and internal interactions
- Reviewing and working all unpaid and denied insurance correspondence, both phone appeals and written appeals; confirming all patient demographics and insurance is current and up to date
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of physician billing experience
- EPIC experience
- Extensive knowledge on use of email, search engine, Internet; ability to effectively use payer websites and Laserfiche
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from employees and clients
