Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote RCO Projects Associate Director.

Must be able to:

  • Process Mapping and shadowing with clients to understand workflows
  • Conduct discovery and research discussions
  • Develop Revenue Cycle training specification documents

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Analyst in a RCM / Patient Access environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or similar field
  • Must have EHR experience, preferably multiple systems
  • Proficiency in word, excel, and a plus for experience with analytical tools like Tableau or similar
  • QA / documentation / training experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
