A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Real Estate Accounting Manager in Deerfield.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing accountants
  • Functioning as Subject Matter Expert for Accounting System
  • Preparing financial statements for retail properties

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong Real Estate Accounting experience
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related
  • Experience with Financials Statements prep, ME close, Variance Analysis, etc.
  • Strong Real Estate Systems experience, Yardi or similar
  • MS Office experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks
