Job Summary

A fiber network development company is in need of a Remote Real Estate and Commercial Senior Counsel or Associate General Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a broad range of real estate documents
  • Reviewing and redlining/drafting of a wide range of commercial contract
  • Supporting the Legal Department in ongoing real estate and other commercial matter

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a JD from accredited universities with strong academic performance
  • Five years in-house experience in a high real estate contracts volume high pressure environment
  • Active member in good standing of the California State Bar (preferred) or another State bar
  • Experience in reviewing and redlining/drafting broad range of real estate documents
  • 5+ Years of relevant legal experience developed, including foundational legal review and drafting training
  • Experience in reviewing and redlining/drafting commercial contracts
