Job Summary
A women’s healthcare company is seeking a Remote Real Estate and Development Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Craft strategic real estate strategies that turn real estate from a liability to an asset
- Develop and manage the real estate pipeline across current and future markets
- Manage our construction and space design team to build spaces that hit our quality, financial and timeline targets
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of real estate experience
- Prior budget setting responsibility
- 5+ years at multi-site location real estate growth and management at an experience-forward company
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with real estate lease contract negotiations and documentation
- Strong project and process management skills
