Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing materials for inclusion in business cases
- Managing quarterly reporting of real estate activity with finance
- Supporting deal process and completion of contract documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to manage quarterly reporting of real estate activity with finance
- Ability to manage ongoing smaller to medium scale lease renewals and rent reviews
- Ability to provide translational support where required
- Ability to act as support to the Real Estate Manager and Senior Director
