Job Summary
A real estate and property management company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate and Property Management Client Experience Manager.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with other Team Leads and Managers to align on best practices
- Work cross-functionally to resolve complex guest issues
- Handle escalated guest issues with poise and tact
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Ability to work Friday to Tuesday PST hours
- 3+ years experience managing teams of 8+ in in a service environment
