Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real estate and Title Senior Data Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Configure raw MLS data (export/internal) for setup and efficient use/flow within various parameters
  • Be responsible for completion of all MLS related matters
  • Research of archived listings and tax records. Input and maintenance of property listings

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years technical experience
  • Proprietary MLS Mapping Tool - Intermediate to advanced knowledge
  • Experience in data processing, web-related research, and high organizational skills
  • Proprietary MLS Mapping Tool - Intermediate to advanced knowledge
  • Able to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
  • Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
