Job Summary

A social media company is in need of a Remote Real Estate and Workplace Lease Transactions Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Drive global lease transactions
• Perform detailed document review of all lease documents
• Manage the financial planning and analysis of real estate transactions

Qualifications for this position include:

• 4-6 years experience on a Workplace or Real Estate team working on lease transactions and lease negotiations
• Excellent lease interpretation skills
• Experienced with project management, understanding how to analyze data
• Attention to detail and the drive to produce results
• A highly flexible working style, with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
• A self starter who leads by example, demonstrates good judgment, has excellent analytical skills
