Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a varying portfolio including REO, Retail, and Investment properties
- Facilitating and managing the life cycle of a real estate portfolio
- Coordinating and managing specific territories of the brokerage
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Broker license in Nebraska
- Ability to manage 200+ REO Assets
- Managing Broker experience in handling disperse teams
- Strong background in state/federal real estate law, as well as compliance and auditing
