Job Summary
A real estate advisory company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Business Development Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Finding and qualifying new prospects
- Contacting new and existing prospects via phone and email
- Entering new accounts, contacts, and creating new opportunities in Salesforce
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel is required for conference attendance and client onsite pitches
- Related knowledge of the regulatory and accounting changes impacting banks and credit unions
- Some familiarity with interpreting financial statements and financial ratios
- Deep client relationships within Credit Unions and Local & Regional banks
- Familiarly with Salesforce or similar platform in B2B sales
- Ability to prospect using various tools including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and others
