Job Summary

A real estate brokerage firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Buyer Agent Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating with managers and executives on hiring and onboarding plans
  • Holding agents accountable to maintain company standards of product, services, etc
  • Tracking and delivering monthly and quarterly analysis of team conversion, attachment, etc

Required Skills:

  • An active Real Estate License
  • Expert proficiency in Tools, Microsoft Dynamics, agent apps, and other real estate-specific programs
  • Able to lead and facilitate world-class ongoing training
  • Able to provide technical and practical counsel to agents as needed
  • Able to train Agents on sales psychology, negotiation strategies, and contract efficiencies
