Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Capital Markets Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating and tie-out with Rating Agencies and Third Parties
  • Assisting Trading Desk with loan structuring/trading operation
  • Providing bond analytic and structuring function for RECM Trading Desk

Required Skills:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of relevant quantitative experience in Structured Products cashflow modelling
  • Must possess strong proficiency in Intex, Trepp, Bloomberg, Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain relationships with securitization partners and work effectively with all levels of staff
  • Extensive securitization experience, including securitization documentation and accounting
