Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Client Concierge in Dallas.

Must be able to:

• Analyze CRM and 3rd party data sources for data quality, input newly-gathered context for our real estate partners
• Determine whether leads have met criteria for qualification
• Conduct scheduled lead follow up and nurture leads until qualified and ready for an appointment

Required Skills:

• High school diploma
• Demonstrated coachability with a thirst for learning
• Ability to practice, memorize and utilize call scripts and sales best practices
• Ability to engage and empathize with customerswith an ability to build rapport
• Demonstrated strong computer skills, including software navigation, multi-tasking, typing, and data entry
• Ability to track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
