Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Closer I.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate all aspects of the loan closing process for various first mortgage loan products
- Prepare Closing Disclosure and final closing package in a timely manner
- Work directly with the title agents to ensure receipt of closing docs in advance of the scheduled closing date
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 2 or more years of mortgage closing related experience
- Proven working knowledge of TRID and RESPA regulations
- Detailed working knowledge of state specific closing requirements
