Job Summary
A real estate and relocation services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Closing Specialist in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Use daily reports to manage closing dates and provide client status of transactions
- Communicate with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner
- Prepare closing document and required closing documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position will be a combination of remote work from home and the office
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three years’ experience with processing real estate transactions is required or two years of experience closing real estate transactions strongly required
- Must possess an active escrow officer license through the Texas Department of Insurance
- Microsoft Suite proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
