Job Summary

A tech-enabled real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Construction Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing scopes of work submitted by contractors for accuracy, competitive pricing and adherence to best practices
  • Adjusting and negotiating renovation project scopes as necessary with contractors and finalize project plan

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction and/or project management
  • 1+ years experience in scope writing, negotiating and pricing review
  • Demonstrated ability to write and review renovation scopes to a budget
  • Tech savvy with ability to learn and use systems for tracking, scheduling and communications
