Job Summary
A digital-first homeownership company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Contract Audit Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting Designated Brokers and the Brokerage Support Team
- Reviewing uploaded documents within 24-48 hours from time of upload
- Supporting the Brokerage team in ensuring compliance by working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have an active real estate license or be willing to get one.
- 2+ years of contract review experience using Dotloop
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with staff at local MLS/Boards
- Ability to solve problems using sound judgment
- Ability to create and train on new or updated procedures
