Job Summary

A digital-first homeownership company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Contract Audit Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting Designated Brokers and the Brokerage Support Team
  • Reviewing uploaded documents within 24-48 hours from time of upload
  • Supporting the Brokerage team in ensuring compliance by working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must have an active real estate license or be willing to get one.
  • 2+ years of contract review experience using Dotloop
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with staff at local MLS/Boards
  • Ability to solve problems using sound judgment
  • Ability to create and train on new or updated procedures
