A real estate platform has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Curative Associate in Coraopolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review completed title commitments
• Negotiate with creditors to resolve lines on title
• Resolve complex issues regarding vesting and marketable title matters

Qualifications Include:

• Title clearance/ curative experience
• Strong MS office skills
• Be able to negotiate with creditors to resolve lines on title
• Ability to work with title insurance underwriting counsel
• Ability to verify vesting and obtain payoffs as needed
