Job Summary
A privately-held legal services technology company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Proactively lead customer interactions for an assigned book of business, focused on driving higher adoption and stronger conversion rates for company transactions
- Drive engagement from pre-sales through ongoing management and renewal, partnering with Account Management to ensure an outstanding and referenceable customer experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, notary ops and product to ensure the smoothest possible customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years client management experience at a software company
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Verifiable track record of consistently exceeding goals
- Demonstrated passion for making customers successful
- Demonstrated deeply consultative mindset, with savvy business acumen
- Ability to run point on customer escalations, pulling in executive resources as neededAnalyze data and draw insightful recommendations for customers
