Job Summary

A real estate technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Customer Success Specialist in Riverside.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Educating real estate agents and customers on the Home Swap™ value proposition
• Answering & resolving homeowner and real estate agent questions
• Following up on social media posts

Required Skills:

• Experience working in a real estate position and/or experience speaking with real estate agents in a past professional role
• Have prior experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account
• Handled high volume phone, chat, email, text, in app chat, etc. with speed and accuracy
• Proven success working independently, autonomously, & reliably, exceeding metrics, all with a positive attitude and smile on your face
• Be courageous in building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
• Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
