A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with Product/Engineering to identify issues and improve the user experience
  • Responding to customer inquiries via Chat, Phone, SMS, and Email
  • Discussing financial documents and perform basic document review

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Professional and empathetic Great problem solving skills and issue resolution
  • BA/BS strongly preferred1+ years experience in a customer facing role
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that could include weekends
