A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Product/Engineering to identify issues and improve the user experience
- Responding to customer inquiries via Chat, Phone, SMS, and Email
- Discussing financial documents and perform basic document review
