Job Summary

A finance company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Development Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Estimate renovation scope, budget, and schedule ahead of acquisition
Source bids from contractors, select contractor for each project, and negotiate contracts for the renovation
Coordinate permitting and obtain project approval with contractors, architects, and government agencies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

3+ years of demonstrated experience working in construction project management
Demonstrated knowledge of single-family home construction/renovation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a desire to solve sophisticated problems
Adaptability and responsiveness in an evolving startup environment with competing priorities and deadlines
Comfort with technology tools
