Job Summary
A finance company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Development Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Estimate renovation scope, budget, and schedule ahead of acquisition
- Source bids from contractors, select contractor for each project, and negotiate contracts for the renovation
- Coordinate permitting and obtain project approval with contractors, architects, and government agencies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience working in construction project management
- Demonstrated knowledge of single-family home construction/renovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a desire to solve sophisticated problems
- Adaptability and responsiveness in an evolving startup environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Comfort with technology tools
