Job Summary
A solutions provider for real estate asset valuation is in need of a Remote Real Estate Field Staff Appraiser in Lake County.
Must be able to:
- Complete real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws
- Provide industry leading customer service while ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality
- Attend training seminars/webinars and conference calls as required
Qualifications for this position include:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in the use of electronic communications and document exchange via the Internet
- Proficiency with appraisal software and hardware
- Perform work both indoors and outdoors
- Good oral and written communication skills,interpersonal relations skills
