Job Summary

A residential property valuation firm is seeking a Remote Field Staff Appraiser in Richmond County.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete market value residential property appraisal orders
  • Complete real estate appraisals within a defined territory
  • Being responsible for data management including collection, verification and analysis of sales

Required Skills:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
  • Attends training seminars/webinars and conference calls as required
  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university
