Job Summary

A developer of an online real estate platform is seeking a Remote Real Estate Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Adhering to the quarterly timeline of deliverables to ensure timely filings
• Assisting with research, analysis, and implementing of new accounting policies and standards
• Ensuring financial statements, disclosures and MD&A are compliant with US GAAP and SEC requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license or actively pursuing completion of the CPA exam within 12 months of start date
• Minimum of 1-2 years of overall accounting and/or auditing experience
• Accountant with a solid understanding of SEC reporting and GAAP
• Detail-oriented, organized person
• Excellent communicator, with superb written and oral communication skills
