Job Summary
A leading marketplace for single-family rental homes is in need of a Remote Real Estate General Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Raising equity and debt capital from institutions and retail investors
- Directing capital structuring at REIT and tracking stock level
- Directing investments and operations to meet FFO and/or CAD objectives tied to dividend targets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to set investment strategy and drive execution of SFR investments
- Able to direct and effectively partner with other internal teams responsible for day-to-day acquisitions
- Able to advise on retail investor marketing and channel development for customer acquisition and fundraising
