A residential real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Host Customer Support Advocate.

  • Identifying common problems and escalate them

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Business to Business (B2B) experience
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 2+ years of customer service, account management, training, or teaching experience
  • Experience solving complex problems
  • Ability to balance empathy and compassion with being firm
  • Advanced computer skills, tech savviness, and ability to quickly learn the nuances of a new interface
