Job Summary

A real estate investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in the launch of new Investor and Wealth Solutions funds
  • Provide analytical support by creating and maintaining complex financial models
  • Provide portfolio management support

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate analytical experience
  • Ability to independently build complex fund-level financial models
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate investment principles
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex portfolio management concepts effectively
  • An understanding of private equity real estate single asset and fund structures
