Job Summary
A real estate investment management company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Investment Intercompany Accounting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the journal entries, analyses and reconciliations of Intercompany transactions
- Own the Intercompany settlement accounting process
- Set up new entities and maintain chart of accounts in the ERP system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field required
- 8+ years of progressive, Intercompany accounting and chart of accounts maintenance experience
- Excel skills and experience using ERP systems, especially Yardi
- Efficiency and improvement focused
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to handle with confidential information and/or issues with discretion
