Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Investment Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as the relationship owner for our single family investor clients
- Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish with oversight and direction of our real estate partners
- Find creative solutions to help our investor clients accomplish their purchasing targets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in residential real estate
- Demonstrated success managing multiple real estate transactions simultaneously
- A firm understanding of transaction management and real estate compliance
- Understanding RESPA and real estate best practices
- A track record of growth and continual improvement
- The ability to build and contribute to the evolution of our product and service offerings
