Job Summary
A real estate technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Licensed Solutions Customer Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Educate real estate agents and customers on the Knock Home Swap value proposition
- Troubleshoot & provide technical assistance for our apps and other products
- Leverage your experience in real estate to be the first point of inbound contact with real estate agents & customers via phone, chat, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have prior experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account
- Experience working in a real estate position and/or experience speaking with real estate agents
- Real estate license is required
- Handled high volume phone, chat, email, text, in app chat, etc. with speed and accuracy
- High school or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
