Job Summary

A real estate technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Licensed Solutions Customer Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Educate real estate agents and customers on the Knock Home Swap value proposition
  • Troubleshoot & provide technical assistance for our apps and other products
  • Leverage your experience in real estate to be the first point of inbound contact with real estate agents & customers via phone, chat, etc

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Have prior experience answering Facebook messages for a corporate account
  • Experience working in a real estate position and/or experience speaking with real estate agents
  • Real estate license is required
  • Handled high volume phone, chat, email, text, in app chat, etc. with speed and accuracy
  • High school or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
