Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Loan Processor in Westerly.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up each mortgage loan file for processing
  • Ordering appraisal, preliminary title insurance, flood, open escrow
  • Assisting Sr. Processor with clearing approval conditions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ year of experience processing
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ year experience/knowledge
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have Encompass system experience
  • Ability to work closely with Sr. Processor, Underwriters, Loan Officers and Closers
