Job Summary
A financial lending company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Market Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contributing to the market goal with up to 12 closed transactions per year
- Interviewing, hiring, and building a world-class team of highly productive agents
- Developing, mentoring, and coaching agents throughout the sales funnel on both sides of the real estate transaction
Position Requirements Include:
- Closed a minimum of 30+ lifetime real estate transactions with at least five on the listing side
- Experience leading agent teams or managing a branch office
- Passionate about achieving market goals and can inspire others to join you in your quest
- Ability to scale and adapt in a high growth environment
