Remote Real Estate Owned Asset Manager

Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Owned Asset Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with reconciliation of values of appraisal to agent’s BPO
• Complete appropriate tasking in system of record to facilitate timely management
• Manage and oversee the broker agent assigned to the property and their respective responsibilities

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma, GED or Military equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an REO Asset Manager or position related to the liquidation of mortgaged foreclosed properties or
• 1 to 2 years mortgage banking, title/escrow, real estate agency or appraisal related experience
• Skill and experience level in financial industry or
• Basic understanding of mortgage banking
