Job Summary
An academic management company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Paralegal.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing preliminary title report, survey and concept plan for potential school locations within a short turn around time
- Preparing overview of title/survey/land use issues that could affect the company's ability to operate at the location
- Attending weekly calls to discuss and highlight issues and potential solutions to any issues discovered
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience with extensive knowledge of and experience in reviewing and resolving title and survey matters
- Detail-oriented skills with an ability to connect to the big picture
- Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills
- Clear and concise written communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Ability to work efficiently without micromanagement
