Job Summary
A real estate investment management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Payroll Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all payroll taxes, garnishments, and required reporting
- Managing and mentoring payroll lead
- Ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and internal policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources
- Minimum of 6 years leading payroll in a multi-state entity
- Strong payroll and tax expertise
- CPM or CPP
- Workday Payroll experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
