Job Summary

A real estate investment management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Payroll Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all payroll taxes, garnishments, and required reporting
  • Managing and mentoring payroll lead
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and internal policies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 6 years leading payroll in a multi-state entity
  • Strong payroll and tax expertise
  • CPM or CPP
  • Workday Payroll experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
