Job Summary
An online real estate platform developer is in need of a Remote Real Estate Platform Business Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead the design and development of productivity reports for the operations team
- Identify and organize data to produce accurate views of operational performance
- Create reports and dashboards to present the health of the business and future trends with key performance indicators
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced level of skill using SQL and crafting business reports and dashboards
- 3-5 years prior experience in strategy and/or operations, using data to inform business decisions
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams
- Certified/Expert user of Tableau or similar data visualization softwares
- Knowledge and capability to perform statistical analysis, implement and optimize processes
- Ability to perform complex analysis on very large data sets using appropriate data analysis techniques and tools
